Askay Appliance Service strives to give you the lowest possible prices for the highest quality professional service. We use flat rate pricing which means we give you one price that includes the service call, diagnosis fee, parts and labor, as well as our full parts and labor guarantee.
Our flat rates are based on "The Major Appliance Service National Price Guide" which is the 'Little Blue Book' of appliance repair. Because we live in a smaller town rural area, we have adjusted our prices to reflect a 15% discount off of the national average listed prices.
So here is how it works... There is a $69.95 service call/diagnosis fee to come to your home, diagnose what is wrong with the appliance, and give you an estimate to complete the repair. Again the estimate will be based on a 15% discount off of the national price average in our little blue book (which we will be happy to show you). If you decide to have us do the repair, you pay the quoted repair price upon completion of the repair, and you can feel comfortable knowing that the repair was performed by a competent professional and is guaranteed! If you decline to have the appliance repaired, you only pay the service call/diagnosis fee of $69.95 (plus tax).
